Notice is hereby given that Board of Directors of the Middle Republican Natural Resources District (“MRNRD”) will hold a special meeting to assess a penalty for violations of the Nebraska Groundwater and Protection Act and MRNRD Rules and Regulations by a landowner.  The agenda, kept current, is available during regular business hours at the MRNRD office in Curtis.  Individuals requiring physical or sensory accommodations should call the MRNRD at 308-367-4281 or 800-873-5613 prior to the hearing
