The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service will be holding a Local Working Group meeting at the McCook USDA Service Center located at 1400 West 5th Street in McCook, NE (Red Willow County Fairgrounds) on May 21st, 2015.  The Meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. and run to, approximately, 12:00 p.m.  The meeting will discuss natural resource conservation program priorities.  The meeting is open to the public.  For individuals needing special accommodations, please contact Jason Kennedy at 308-345-4163 ext. 3.

A hearing was held on March 10, 2015 for the purpose of receiving testimony relative to proposed revisions to the districts “Ground Water Management Area, Rules and Regulations”.  The Board, at a regularly scheduled board meeting on March 10, 2015, approved all revisions as presented.
